Management plan for General Anaesthesia:
NBM 6 hours
EMLA patch dorsum [R] hand
Cannulation 22G
Replace fluid deficit 20ml/kg Ringers Lactate
Pre02 3mins
IV induction with Propofol 2mg/kg LBW
Analgesia: IV Fentanyl 2mcg/kg on induction
Penile block Levobupivacaine 0.25% 5ml
Supp PCM 30mg/kg
Airway secure with supraglottic device LMA Proseal #2-3
Maintenance 02 / Air / Sevoflurane 2%
Extubate deep in lateral position
